Heart Emblem

KAISER,
Peggy "GiGi" Ann (Finneran), age 62, of Louisville, Ky., left us unexpectedly on October 2, 2013.

Born June 2, 1951, in Louisville, the daughter of Bettie Blackburn Finneran and the late Bernard Finneran, she was a Catholic by faith and was employed by Norton Suburban Hospital in Food and Nutrition Services.

A graduate of Eastern High School, she had enjoyed recently reconnecting with her fellow Eagle alumni in planning reunions and functions around town. She will always be remembered as adding sparkle and liveliness to any family or social gathering with her quick laugh, day-glow smile and zest for enjoying life and celebrating the good times. A loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, daughter and sister; she expressed her love for her family through tireless preparation and all-night cooking sessions for family gatherings and holidays, only resting after everyone else had been served. The sudden and unexpected departure of her sunny and easy spirit of life will be deeply missed throughout her family and social circles.

She is survived by her two sons, Scott Lyverse (Sarah) of Danville and Jeremy Lyverse of Louisville, Ky.; two grandchildren, Mason and Meredith; mother, Bettie Finneran (Larry Crews) of Salem, Ky.;brother, Ben Finneran (Debra) and nephew, Brian Finneran of Florida.

Her funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Friday at Ratterman Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, East Louisville with private burial in Versailles Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial gifts in the form of contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
