Patricia Isaacs, 68 of Anchorage passed away Sunday March 3rd, 2013 at her home with her family by her side.

She was a very active member of Southeast Christian Church, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Louise Isaacs, son, Michael Glenn Osborne and her sister, Alice Ball (Dave).

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, James Terry Osborne, children, Terri Patterson (W.J.), Brian Osborne (Leigh) and Traci Seaver (Todd), siblings, Bill Isaacs (Edna), Benda Privette, Linda Martin (John), Harry Isaacs (Burba), Tom Isaacs (Kathy), David Isaacs (Judy) and Tim Isaacs (Ann Marie), ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren and grandmother, Bess Isaacs.

Patricia's funeral service will be 10:00am, Wednesday, March 6th, 2013 at Southeast Christian Church with entombment in Calvary to follow.

Visitation will be 2 to 8, Tuesday, at Ratterman's 12900 Shelbyville Rd. East Louisville.

Expressions of sympathy may be given to Southeast Christian Church in lieu of flowers.
